Strict No-Refund Policy

1. Absolute Finality of Sales

By executing any transaction on the MARQUEE platform, including but not limited to the purchase of subscriptions, computational credits, or one-time features, you expressly acknowledge, agree, and stipulate that all sales are absolutely final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances.

Due to the immediate provisioning of digital assets and the irrevocable, highly intensive computational overhead inherent in Generative AI rendering, MARQUEE fundamentally cannot and will not issue refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits once a transaction has been processed.

2. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable global consumer protection laws, you explicitly waive any statutory right of withdrawal, cooling-off period, or cancellation right upon the initiation of our digital services. You acknowledge that our services (the rendering of AI generations and allocation of computational credits) commence immediately upon payment confirmation, thereby nullifying any right to a post-purchase refund.

3. Subscriptions and Unused Credits

Subscriptions to MARQUEE are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You retain the right to cancel your auto-renewal at any time prior to your next billing cycle. However, cancellation solely prevents future charges and does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.

Any unused credits, ungenerated reels, or unutilized premium features remaining at the end of your billing cycle, or at the time of an account termination, hold zero fiat currency value and are strictly non-refundable and non-redeemable.

4. AI Outputs and Subjective Dissatisfaction

MARQUEE does not guarantee the subjective quality, accuracy, or specific aesthetic alignment of AI-generated content. We expressly disclaim any obligation to provide refunds, re-rolls, or credit reimbursements due to user dissatisfaction with AI outputs, hallucinations, formatting errors, or unpredictable algorithmic behaviors.

5. Termination for Breach

In the event your account is suspended or permanently terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., generating prohibited content, attempting unauthorized access, or violating community guidelines), you shall immediately forfeit all previously purchased access and credits. No refunds or compensation will be provided for revoked access resulting from a Terms of Service violation.

6. Prohibition of Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By agreeing to this policy, you strictly agree not to initiate any chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment gateway (e.g., Dodo Payments) in an attempt to circumvent this No-Refund Policy.

Any unauthorized chargeback will be classified as a material breach of contract and "friendly fraud." In such events, MARQUEE reserves the right to:

• Immediately and permanently ban your account, IP address, and associated hardware identifiers.
• Aggressively contest the dispute using server logs demonstrating the successful delivery and consumption of digital goods.
• Pursue legal recourse to recover the disputed funds, including the assessment of administrative chargeback penalty fees, collection agency fees, and attorney costs.
