MARQUEE does NOT sell your personal information, facial scans, user prompts, email addresses, or phone numbers to data brokers, advertising aggregators, or third parties for monetary consideration. We never monetize private creative work or user identity assets.
2. California & State Privacy Disclosures ("Sharing")
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Oregon, Texas, and Utah, the disclosure of pseudonymous identifiers (such as cookies, IP addresses, or device IDs) to third-party analytics or advertising partners may qualify as "sharing" or processing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You have the right to direct MARQUEE not to "sell" or "share" your personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising at any time.
3. How to Opt-Out
A. Browser Signal: Global Privacy Control (GPC)
MARQUEE respects Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals broadcast by your browser or extensions (e.g. Brave, Firefox, DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials). When our servers detect a valid GPC header, non-essential analytics and tracking technologies are automatically disabled for your session without requiring manual action.

To request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal data under CCPA/CPRA, please contact our Data Protection Officer directly at legal@joinmarquee.com. We will verify and process your request within 45 days in compliance with statutory requirements.

We will never discriminate against you, deny you access to the MARQUEE platform, charge you different prices, or provide a degraded quality of service because you exercised any of your rights under the CCPA or state consumer privacy laws.
